Rob Gronkowski had an illustrious career in the league before hanging up his cleats for good. The former Patriots TE is regarded as one of the best in his position and has 4 Super Bowl titles to back that up.
However, since his retirement, Gronkowski has been working as an analyst for Fox and has gained essential insight into the game. His analysis is hard-hitting and always on point.
The 33-year-old TE was recently featured on the Jimmy Fallon show where he spoke about various topics. However, the most interesting amongst them was when he chose his winner for Super Bowl LVII on the 12th of February.
The Chiefs will be facing the Eagles and the Gronk has picked a clear winner. It is the Eagles, and he also has a concrete reason to back his theory up.
Rob started his analysis by putting down the Eagles and calling them lucky as everything went according to them against the 49ers. Later, he praised the Chiefs for always getting the work done. The Chiefs are scrappy but always get a win when it matters the most.
However, his assessment took a sharp turn when he chose the Eagles as his pick for the Super Bowl because he thinks that they play better as a team unit and have been playing like that since the start of the season.
“I would say Philadelphia has been playing more like a team throughout the whole season,” Rob Gronkowski stated on the Jimmy Fallon show. “I’m going to go with the Eagles.”

The Eagles are the favorites to win the Super Bowl according to market odds and predictions. However, not by much. Rob Gronkowski has sided with the favorites in this year’s edition of the Super Bowl.
Regardless, the Chiefs are still deadly in their game and Patrick Mahomes can run riots around the Eagles defense if not stopped. The game will be action-packed as anyone can win it all.
With Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts going against each other, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top. The winner will get their hands on the Lombardi Trophy while the losers will have to return home with just the conference title.
