The Dallas Cowboys failed miserably in their conquest to beat the Jaguars and keep the hopes of a division title alive. The Cowboys had a decent start to the game but slacked off in the end and the Jaguars took away the victory.

The Cowboys had a 27-10 lead before eventually losing the game in OT with the score of 40-34. They were real division title contenders with the Eagles, and a victory against the Jaguars would have made things really interesting. However, the Cowboys fans only got disappointment.

NFL analyst Skip Bayless was furious after the Cowboys lost to the Jaguars in a must-win game. Bayless is touted as the biggest Cowboys fan in Sports media and he had some interesting things to say about them.

Bayless still believes in America’s team and thinks that if the Cowboys were unable to secure the division title, they will work even harder to win the NFC championship against all odds.

“I keep hanging in because I keep clinging to glass half-full,” Skip Bayless stated on the Undisputed. “I’m not as confident today, but I’m hanging in there. NFC Championship.”

The Dallas Cowboys are in a tricky position currently and will need divine intervention to win them the division title. Skip Bayless was disgusted after the Cowboys’ performance against the Jaguars and doubled down on QB Dak Prescott for throwing interceptions.

“I was disgusted by much of what I saw… My team has been looking ahead to the Philadelphia Eagles actually since the game in Philadelphia in which they trailed only 20-17 early in the fourth quarter with Cooper Rush at quarterback and my defense could not stop Jalen Hurts on three straight third downs.” Skip Bayless stated on the Undisputed.

If the Cowboys had won against the Jaguars, then the forthcoming game against the Eagles would have been a division title decider, however, they lost this game and the Eagles won theirs. Therefore, the Cowboys are currently in a 3-game deficit against the Eagles.

Though there is still hope for the Cowboys to make the playoffs as they’ll most likely be the top seed in the Wild Card entry. The Dallas-based team will have to move on from this game quickly and focus on the next crucial game against the Eagles.
