Sunday wasn’t a great day for the Bosa brothers. Nick Bosa, defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers, witnessed the meltdown of his team in the NFC Championship game. His big brother, Joey Bosa, an outside linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers, was at Lincoln Financial Field to cheer on his brother.
The night went horribly for both the brother as Nick saw defeat on the field and Joey off the field. The 49ers’ rookie sensation quarterback Brock Purdy suffered an elbow injury in the first quarter which kept him out of the game. The offense suffered a massive blow, and they only managed to score one touchdown in 60 minutes and the defense was unable to stop the Eagles’ running game in which they scored all of their touchdowns.
Joey Bosa had to see his brother lose on the second biggest stage in the NFL and also had to endure Philadelphia fans heckling him in the stadium. Philly fans were having the time of their life as he saw Jalen Hurts take them to the Super Bowl and trolled Bosa for the anger fit he threw in the wild card game against the Jaguars.

Before the game, Joey Bosa, 27, was seen getting into a verbal fight with a Philly fan outside the stadium. The man was filming Bosa and asked him when the Chargers were playing this week. Rather than ignore his snide comment, Joey, who instantly lost his cool, answered back, “What are you, Snapchatting your little butt buddies? F—king loser.”
The man then went on and trolled Joey for the temper tantrum he threw against the Jacksonville Jaguars, which got him two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties and a hefty fine. “They’re good because I can afford them. Because I’m f—king rich, you f—king broke bitch,” Bosa said, irate, basically proving the heckler’s point.
The 2016 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year had to face the same level of heckling once he took his seat in the stadium. Joey was in his suite which was overlooking Section 114 and the Philly fans were constantly showing him pictures of Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence on their phones. The Jaguars defeated the Chargers twice. Once in week 3 and then in the wild-card game. Bosa was clearly out of his mind and was captured babbling something which just made the Eagles’ fans mock him more.
Joey Bosa kept repeating that he’s rich as an answer to every troll the fans threw his way, which just made them heckle him more. What a night for the Philly fans. They saw their team win the NFC title, the Empire State Building lit up green and white to honor them, and got to roast Joey Bosa all in one night!
