Stephen A. Smith views Dak Prescott to be the weak link that is holding the Cowboys back

Dallas Cowboys played terrible football for the 2nd straight week. After struggling against the 1-10-1 Texans for 3 quarters in week 14, the Cowboys blew a 17-point lead against the rebuilding Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott threw the game-ending pick-six in overtime to give the Jaguars a 40-34 victory on Sunday. Cowboys were heavily trolled on social media for this horrible performance. ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith joined the Cowboys’ slander on Twitter, where he posted a video of him making fun of the Cowboys with the caption, “Hey Cowboys fans, Didn’t i tell you?”

Smith was seen laughing hysterically at the beginning of the video. He then proceeded to remind everyone how he predicted all this weeks ago. The famed analyst pointed out how he told everyone weeks ago that Dak Prescott is indeed a concern. He also asked the Dallas fans if they like how he pointed out that things will go wrong for the Cowboys.

Stephen A. Smith continued to make fun of Cowboys fans, saying that they are now shivering and nervous about the Cowboys season because everybody knows that the Cowboys season is not gonna end well. “The End is coming and it’s gonna be before the Super Bowl,” said Smith. Smith ended the video with a disclaimer to the Cowboys fans, warning them that it’s gonna hurt.

The Cowboys still have a chance for redemption. They will look to defeat their division rivals, Philadelphia Eagles, on Christmas Eve and prove to everyone that they’re legit Super Bowl contenders.

Dallas Cowboys are pretenders

The Dallas Cowboys currently have a record of 10 wins and 4 losses. They are almost guaranteed a playoff spot even if they fail to win their division. But even if they get to the Playoffs, how deep can the Cowboys really go?

Judging by their last two performances the Cowboys look like they won’t be making much noise in the postseason. The Cowboys struggled most of the game against the 1-10-1 Texans and lost to Jacksonville Jaguars after leading 27-10 at one point in the game. It would not be a stretch by any means to call them pretenders.

Most of their problem starts with their quarterback Dak Prescott, his inconsistency has affected Dallas’ offense. He has already thrown 11 interceptions in the season. If Prescott plays well, the Cowboys have a chance at a deep playoff run.

Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys will look to confirm their playoff spot and gain some momentum with a victory when they go against the Philadelphia Eagles on Christmas Eve.
