Michael Irvin is known for his love for the Dallas Cowboys. The former Cowboys player always supports the team at the start of the season before getting disappointed. Though the Cowboys performed well last season by winning their division the Bucs still have Tom Brady and he can make miracles happen.

On an episode of ESPN’s First Take, the analysts were discussing the season opener of Cowboys vs the Bucs to which Michael Irvin had a bold claim that the Cowboys will get the better of the Tom Brady-led Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Stephen A Smith burst out laughing after hearing this claim from Irvin and later went on to troll the former NFL player for his unusual decision. “So I’m of this mindset right here when we talk about the Dallas Cowboys.” Stephen A Smith said. “Here’s the thing that’s funny to me. We just going to ignore some of the losses, like it’s just not a big deal. We go listen now listen.

Stephen A Smith also believes in the superiority of Tom Brady and still thinks that the Bucs are the stronger side. “I think he still has a lot left. I think he was contaminated by playing with Ryan Tannehill.”

“Ryan Tannehill ain’t going in the football this time. It’s going to be Tom Brady. Okay. Somebody that he’s familiar with because he watched Tom Brady come back from a 25-point deficit and beat him in the Super Bowl about six years ago.”

Tampa Bay Buccaneers are strong favourites to win the NFL Super Bowl this year. Tom Brady is looking focused ahead of the new season as it is likely his last season before he retires for good. Brady is looking for that eight Super Bowl ring before riding into the sunset.

Michael Irvin discussed that the Bucs are plagued with injuries and commotion to which Stephen A Smith replied that it’s the same with the Cowboys if not worse.

“Jerry’s my lever, buddy. Now he’s my lever, buddy. We rode in the helicopter together. I’m good with the brother, right? I’ve been invited to the yacht.” Stephen A Smith added. “I’m fine. I’m fine with Jerry. Okay. But in the end, I must tell the American people the truth. I must tell the world the truth.”

The Cowboys will have to pull something special out of the bag to get the better of the favourites Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first game of their NFL season.
