Not long ago, Tom Brady shocked the NFL world when he announced that he is retiring from the sport.
It felt like an era has ended. However, Brady shocked the world yet again when he decided to return to his favorite sport in a matter of weeks and is now all set to lead the Bucs in the coming season.

“I thought he was playing around”: Mike Evans on Tom Brady’s text he received a few hours prior to his unretirement
It all happened so quickly, the retirement, the coming back, barely anyone got time to comprehend what had transpired. As it turns out, Tom’s fellow players at the Buccaneers also had absolutely no idea about his unretirement. Talking about the same, Mike Evans had a lot to say in an interview with Ari Alexander of KPRC.
Evans claimed that when Brady told him after retirement that they will have more TDs in the future, he thought he was trolling him. “He texted me and he sent me an article where his ball sold for over 500 grand, the last touchdown that I threw in the stands against the Rams. He’s like, ‘That’s a lot of tuition money.’ I just laughed, and then I said, ‘To my defense I didn’t know that you were going to retire.’ He sent back a laughing emoji, saying, ‘There’s more touchdowns in our future.’ So I’m just thinking he’s trolling me,” Evans said.
“I don’t know what he’s talking about. So a few hours later, it’s announced that he’s coming back, and I was happy. I didn’t think he was really coming back. I thought he was just playing around,” Evans went on to claim. It all happened in a hurry but the good thing is, in the end, everything fell into place for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Brady will once again lead Tampa and once again, the world will watch the man in full flow who just doesn’t know how to give up.
