It seems like Tom Brady just can’t keep his name out of the headlines. The New England Patriots icon is currently enjoying his post-retirement life but, there are always speculations running wild about his possible return to the league since he already did it one-time last year. Amidst this, the 15-time Pro Bowl QB has once again teased a return to NFL in Mr. Beast’s latest video.
During the weekend, the biggest individual YouTuber in the world, Jimmy Donaldson, famously known as Mr. Beast, uploaded a video titled ‘$1 vs $1,000,000,000 Yacht!’ where he tried yachts with different prices. In the video, Tom Brady collaborated with Mr. Beast and checked out a $300 million dollar yacht. Furthermore, Brady also showed off his football skill.
The 3-time league MVP quarterback was given a task to hit a trailing drone from the yacht and Brady did it in his first attempt despite his daughter Vivian‘s doubts. After hitting the strike, Brady said, “Maybe I should come out of retirement.” The 45-year-old former QB fueled the comeback rumors with his statement.
In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, the Patriots icon Brady made it clear that he will not be playing football again. But now he’s back to teasing the fans again.
Just last season, Tom Brady announced his retirement from football just to come back a month later to lead the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, the 2022 season didn’t go the way Brady would’ve hoped as the Bucs got eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by the Dallas Cowboys. Shortly after the playoff loss, Brady announced his decision to retire from the sport for good.

Tom Brady returning to football is lot more complicated
Despite many speculations and rumors, Tom Brady making a return to the NFL this season is a lot more complicated. Unlike last season, Brady actually filed his retirement papers with NFL and NFLPA, this time making him eligible to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2028.
Furthermore, Brady recently also agreed to a deal with Mark Davis to buy a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders team. The deal is waiting for the approval of the NFL team owners.
If Brady became a minority owner, he would need other team owners’ approval to play football for any other team which is next to impossible. Brady has also signed a 10-year deal with Fox Network worth up to $375 million to work as a sports broadcaster. So, with all these complications, it’s highly unlikely the Patriots icon will make a comeback to football.
