Tom Brady is officially retired from the NFL after 23 seasons of excellence. The 45-year-old played out his final season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to end a three-year spell with the franchise.
The quarterback won his seventh Super Bowl title with the Buccaneers, but did not get the fairytale ending that he probably deserved. Now that he’s no longer going to play for the Tampa Bay, there’s one thing he won’t require anymore, his residential house.
Tom Brady’s residential house is reportedly up for grabs for the common man, and is priced at $60,000 per month according to Realtor.com. The house is located on the Davis Islands and boasts six bedrooms alongside a 6,550 square feet area. It also features an elevator, a four-car garage, a rooftop terrace, and a custom wine cellar.

It was previously listed for a whopping $12.5 million last year after the quarterback went through a rough divorce.
Brady has spent a lot of time at his home, alongside his three children and wife, but has decided on giving it up after the divorce. After a lengthy saga, Brady and his wife, Gisele Bündchen, finally announced their divorce through mutual statements on social media.
Brady has now set his sights on a mansion in Miami, which was initially thought to become the forever house for him and his Brazilian wife. The construction work had stopped for a while during their breakup, but reports suggest that it has once again picked up at full speed.
As of now, it is unclear as to who put off the two will gain ownership of the $17 million property, but it is definitely getting built. The 7x Super Bowl winner is currently enjoying his retirement life, despite rumors that he might make a comeback into the NFL once again.
Brady will also be seen in a new avatar, cometh 2024 after he signed the massive $375 million Fox Sports deal on a 10-year contract.
