There is a popular phrase that says Karma is a …. Well, karma has come full circle for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. The tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs has not had the most innocent past when it comes to relationships. One of his exes, Maya Benberry, has come out and warned Swift of the dangers of dating him as he allegedly cheated on her.

Benberry and Kelce met one another via the E! reality dating show Catching Kelce. She was the winner of the show and as a result; the duo began to date. Their relationship went on for months, but they suddenly parted in 2016 as Benberry alleged that Kelce cheated on her. It was after this that the tight end began seeing Kayla Nicole.

Maya Benberry tweeted out her warnings to Swift, but wasted no time in deleting them from the platform. She spoke to the Daily Mail and made sure she looked out for the pop star.

This is when things took an interesting turn. Benberry was initially subtle with her shots, but after this statement, it is crystal clear that she was referring to Travis Kelce.

They told TMZ that the comments were baseless and that it was “A poor excuse of someone trying to get her 15 minutes of fame.”

It comes as no surprise that the tight end’s ex is attempting to warn Swift to stay wary of him. It is not established if he cheated on her with Kayla Nicole or if her allegations have any merit to them in the first place.

But Kelce and Kayla Nicole began to see one another and were in a 5-year on-and-off relationship. Recently, Nicole gave fans an update on her mindset heading into relationships. Her past experiences have resulted in her making her mind up about one thing and that is to never date an athlete ever again.

Travis Kelce is really out here destroying the chances of his fellow athletes when it comes to finding love. Now, the tight end appears to have found the love of his life in Taylor Swift, as the duo has been moving quick in their relationship! For now, however, Kelce’s aim remains to lead the Chiefs to yet another Super Bowl win. In order for that to happen, he will need to come out strongly against the Baltimore Ravens in the Conference Championship.
