Looks like the year 2023 is Taylor Swift‘s year! On top of the success of her Eras Tour, her record-breaking concert movie, and the high-profile love story with NFL star Travis Kelce, another milestone achievement has been added in her kitty. The pop sensation has been named the Person of the Year by Time magazine.

With this distinction, Swift has become the first entertainer to receive this in the near-century history of this award. The 33-year-old artist’s Eras Tour that began in March broke off the ticket sales record and hugely influenced the economy.

Kelce’s superstar girlfriend also became a billionaire this year. Additionally, according to Spotify Wrapped, Swift was noted as the most-streamed artist on Spotify in 2023, surpassing the record of Bad Bunny. During the interview with the Times, the 12-time Grammy winner relished her achievement, saying

In the interview with Time, Swift finally opened up about her high-profile romance with Kansas City Chiefs tight end. She shared, that she wasn’t aware of where the camera was putting her in the broadcast, saying “I’m just there to support Travis.”
