Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins got a much-deserved week off as they had their bye in week 10 and now are ready to resume their 2023 season again. Ahead of their crucial game against the Las Vegas Raiders, the Dolphins quarterback debuted a new look and even did a Drake impression after a reporter told Tua that his new hairdo resembles the rapper.
During Wednesday’s press conference, Tua Tagovailoa debuted his new hairdo, which caught the attention of many reporters. Tagovailoa said that he just wanted to try something different with his hair.

And then, the reporter compared Tagovailoa’s braided hairdo to the Hip-Hop artist Drake. In a short video shared by the Dolphins beat reporter Bobby Shouse on the social media platform X, Tagovailoa could be seen reacting to the compliment and playfully brushing off any Drake comparisons.
But Drake? Ah — I don't know if I look like Drake.
After brushing off the comparisons, the Dolphins quarterback suddenly started doing his best Drake impression as he started to sing and dance to Drake’s hit song “In My Feelings.”
The entire room started bursting out in laughter as soon as Tagovailoa started dancing to the Drake song. The brief video went viral on social video and accumulated more than 74k views within hours. Check out the footage attached below.
Social media reacts to Tua Tagovailoa’s Drake impression
NFL fans on social media weren’t impressed with the Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa’s funny Drake impression during the press conference. Fans trolled Tagovailoa that he should stick to his day job since his impression was not on point. Check out some of the reactions attached below.

On the sporting side of things, Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami-based football team are having a great campaign so far. They are currently holding a solid 6-3 record and are leading the AFC East division.
If they continued their good form, they could end up securing their AFC East division title in more than a decade. The last time they won the division title was way back in 2008. Nonetheless, as they continue their hunt for a playoff spot, the Dolphins are scheduled to face the Las Vegas Raiders in their week 11 matchup this Sunday.
