The Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has once again found himself in a controversial situation but this time it’s not because of what he said. Rather, it’s because of what his teammate Romeo Doubs said about the veteran QB.
While speaking on a CBS Radio Show with Maggie & Perloff, the Packers rookie wide receiver Romeo Doubs recently revealed that he never got a chance to hang out with the 39-year-old QB outside of football premises. “I didn’t get a chance to hang out with him,” Doubs told Maggie and Perloff of CBS Sports. “Not one time. As far as being around 12, it’s always been football. In the building, on the practice field.”
This is not the first time the quarterback found himself in a controversy related to team building. Many experts around the league including Colin Cowherd and Shannon Sharpe have called out the back-to-back league MVP many times for not committing to the team in the off-season and not mentoring his rookie receivers to help them reach their full potential, which in turn would help the Packers offense.

Fans on social media had mixed reactions to the rookie WR Romeo Doubs’ shocking revelation of how he never got a chance to hang out with the 4-time league MVP Aaron Rodgers outside the football premises.
The NFL off-season hasn’t even started for many teams, but the Packers QB’s early exit has already created many controversies around him, including his annual off-season trade rumors.
The reigning NFL MVP also recently got in a back-and-forth with the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski about Rodgers’ comment on him winning an MVP award again.
Rodgers said that he can win MVP again under the right circumstances and Gronkowski called out him for preferring individual awards over Championships. Furthermore, Rodgers clapped back at Gronkowski and said that if anyone says they are not playing for the MVP award, then they’re lying.
Nevertheless, Aaron Rodgers has multiple times said that he doesn’t care about other people’s opinions and he actually embraces being the “villain”. Furthermore, the QB, who is currently under contract with the Packers, is contemplating his decision to continue playing football with the Packers or somewhere else.
