The writing was on the wall for Jaguars coach Urban Meyer, and the veteran football coach was finally released from his role as the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, for the poor performances of the side and a major controversy off the field.
Former Jaguars kicker, Josh Lambo brought in a serious allegation on his coach Urban Meyer of kicking him repeatedly during warmups before their final preseason game. All of this onfield and off-field drama meant that after 13 matches in the dugout Meyer now finds himself without a job in the middle of the season.

American sports analyst, Shannon Sharpe joined in on the conversation regarding the allegations made by Josh Lambo on Urban Meyer. Speaking on the Undisputed podcast, Sharpe battered Meyer for his behavior, which he was found guilty of after an investigation made by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Sharpe took a vicious swipe on Meyer, despite claiming before that he did not know Meyer personally. He tried his best to find a reason for what Meyer had done but simply could not wrap his head around the fact that a football coach can kick a player, simply because he is the highest authority in the club.
Talking to his co-host Skip he said, “Skip, you wouldn’t even kick a dog, what would possess you to pick up your feet and put your foot on that man.”
The fury did not end there for Sharpe, who continued saying, “Good thing it was a kicker if you catch the right guy on a wrong day, he’d have beat the brakes out of Urban Meyer.”
Skip joined in on the conversation saying that Josh Lambo had even alleged that Meyer not only assaulted him physically but he also verbally abused him while kicking him before the match.
