Former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines was baffled after watching a video of a trans male attacking a female student violently at Oregon Middle School. The video made its way a few days back and received severe backlash from the public.
Everyone pointed out how the school board should take serious responsibility after this incident. Gaines on X (previously known as Twitter) commented that the “school board should be sued into oblivion for failing to protect their students time and time again.”
The public was more stupefied on the matter that the incident took place in a middle school and there were students watching the violent scene and recording on their phones. None of the students came forward to help the victim as the trans male thrashed and dragged her by the hair from behind.
The video sent a chill down the spine, as Gaines commented that this same student was caught attacking two other girls in middle school in Oregon. She says “this was certainly planned given multiple people were filming.” Some even stated how could no one come forth and help the girl, questioning the morality of children in school nowadays.
“I can’t breathe” – Female victim sobs uncontrollably as trans male throws punches non-stop
The incident reportedly took place at Hazelbrook Middle School in Oregon. The video shook the nation as people started getting concerned over simple facts to act to help and the degrading morality of society. Many stated that the parents of the assailant and the school board should be charged to avoid such incidents further.

Riley Gaines, being a speaker for women’s rights in sport has been doing a phenomenal job to protect athletes against trans participation in sports. This recent incident was a hit near to heart as she couldn’t just stand by watching a helpless female student getting bullied while being filmed.
Gaines stated that “Trans violence is violence.” The girl was stunned when she was surprisingly grabbed by the hair and got pulled back by the trans male. The horrifying video showed the male attacker throwing punches non-stop while others stood in the corridor with phone cameras on.
At the end of the video, the victim was softly heard saying, “I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe.” The public is heartbroken to see the incident and wonders why didn’t any of the students watching go ahead to help the kid. By now, the video has circulated a number of times, gaining online attention, and showing the severity of the case.
Gaines herself was a victim of trans participation, which cost her the 2022 NCAA Championships and her future dream. She was forced to participate against fellow trans athlete Lia Thomas who later took the trophy home unjustly, according to reports.
Furthermore, the females were forced to share the locker room with Thomas which scarred many athletes including recent public speaker Paula Scanlan. Following the violent school incident, many voiced out to make the board take responsibility but no such definitive punishment has been declared yet.
