Rael Enteen bizarrely calls Commanders’ black players “homophobic” in leaked video, suspended immediately
Washington Commanders Vice President of Content Rael Enteen's video calling African American players 'homophobic' and NFL fans 'high school educated' went viral.

In a shocking turn of events, the Washington Commanders have banned the Vice President of Content Rael Enteen. The franchise took the step after a video of Enteen surfaced in which he can be heard saying some nasty things about football players and the league owners.
Enteen went on a ‘supposed’ date with an undercover OKeefee Media journalist who uncovered the story. They later uploaded a video from the date that documented the entire conversation.
He called almost half of the Commanders (previously Redskins) players as ‘white religious.’ In his opinion, they hate the gay community and try to act as their best friends.
Enteen further added that a ‘big chunk’ of the football players in the NFL come from low-income ‘African American Families’ who are genuinely homophobic because of their beliefs.
I would say more than 50 percent are probably homophobic, and the remaining, let’s say it’s 49 percent, are not necessarily homophobic, but that doesn’t mean they want to go on record with a video saying, ‘Come out to the pride parade!,Rael Enteen can be heard saying
Enteen did not spare the NFL fans. He pointed fingers at them for always being rowdy and starting fights during game days in the stands.

He wanted the journalist to look up the beer sales in the last few years to prove his point. Enteen’s next target was the NFL owners and commissioner Roger Goodell himself. He made a shocking revelation that Goodell may be the face of the league, but he is not calling the shots.

Washington Commanders ban Rael Enteen
The Commanders owners were already under a lot of stress regarding their stadium and a potential name change, reverting back to the Washington Redskins. They did not want any other hassle on their hands and swiftly took action against Rael Enteen after his sting date became viral.
The language used in the video runs counter to our values at the Commanders organization. We have suspended the employee pending an internal investigation and will reserve further comment at this time.a Commanders spokesperson told The New York Post in a statement
Since then, Enteen has attempted to cut himself off from social media, deleting his LinkedIn profile and even switching to privacy mode on X (previously Twitter). Enteen joined the Commanders in 2020 as a Senior Director of Content Strategy. Two years later, he was promoted to Vice President of Content in April. He previously worked for the XFL and before that was part of the New York Jets (2016-2018) setup.
