The Rock made a surprising return at Bad Blood last week. After dropping a subtle hint about his future showdown, he walked away from the scene leaving multiple unanswered questions behind. However, now a shocking report has emerged that suggests the status of The Final Boss for WrestleMania 41.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, The Rock is currently not scheduled for the Show of Shows next year. Regardless of the potential rumours of a match, the report claims The Great One has already given word of unavailability for the show next year.
Moreover, this report comes as a surprise because there were plenty of rumours that WWE was planning a triple-threat match between Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and The Rock. However, it seems like those plans are also off the table. Therefore, the current status of the main event of WrestleMania 41 is up in the air.

Therefore, there are seemingly several paths The Final Boss could march on if he is not doing WrestleMania.

There are chances that he might compete at Survivor Series this year inside the rumoured WarGames match. This could easily set up a foundation for the future programs of The People’s Champion.
