American teenager, Coco Gauff is currently going through a purple patch like never before. In the two weeks in Italy, she has reached the semi-finals in Rome and has won two titles on the same day in Parma.

After winning the singles title earlier, Gauff alongwith partner Caty McNally won the doubles crown in Parma too. The American duo defeated second seed pairing of Andreja Klepac and Darija Jurak in straight sets 6-3,6-2. She became the youngest player to complete the singles/doubles sweep in nearly 17 years.

After the match, a thrilled Gauff shared her excitement in the trophy presentation ceremony and thanked her partner for helping her keep calm. She said: “Just want to say thank you to Caty for playing with me and keeping me level on court. I know I freak out a lot and she’s there to say that it’s okay, so thank you.”
