He is the defending champion in Paris and has dropped just one set this week. He defeated the likes of Ilya Ivashka and Sebastian Korda in the initial rounds before ousting Hugo Gaston in the quarterfinal. In the last 4, he blasted past Alexander Zverev in straight sets 6-2,6-2.
