Serena and Venus Williams are probably the most iconic duo in tennis in the 21st century. Between them, they have won an incredible 30 Grand Slam titles, with Venus winning 7 and Serena winning a whopping 23.

The duo also have collaborated successfully as a doubles pair, winning multiple titles in the process. However, while Venus Williams has not been at her best for a few years now, Serena too has struggled with injuries and poor form over the past couple of seasons as she continues to chase the elusive and record breaking 24th Grand Slam of her career. Despite that, no one can question their stature and influence on the sport.

Apart from their extremely successful careers, the Williams sisters also have an exceptional fashion sense, becoming fashion icons in their own rights. In fact, them and fashion go hand in hand, with Serena repeatedly making headlines for her outfits in various Grand Slams throughout her career. Despite the spicy professional rivalry between them, with either of the pair playing in 12 Grand Slam finals in the period between 2000 and 2015, the duo have since matured and become close to each other.

Serena Williams had made her red carpet debut at BMG’s Grammy Awards afterparty in 2000. She posed on that occasion alongside her elder sister Venus Williams in a satiny spaghetti-strap top featuring a palm motif with black slacks and a pink shawl.

This time round, the duo have again made the headlines after Venus posted a picture of them twinning on social media. The pair sported gorgeous white dresses, with Serena also throwing on a pair of shades. While the dresses were stunning, the picture wouldn’t have been complete without the typical confidence with which Williams’ sisters carry themselves.
