The Cincinnati Masters will be the last big tournament before the all important US Open. Most of the top players will be seen in action tuning up for the last slam of the year. World No.2 Daniil Medvedev will be the top seed at the event in the absence of Novak Djokovic. The tournament will also feature Stefanos Tsitsipas and will mark the return of Olympic gold medallist, Alexander Zverev.

Djokovic is the defending champion at Cincinnati and hence it is assured that he, or anyone amongst the Big 3 won’t win the coveted Masters. Medvedev is the only NextGen player who has won the Cincinnati Masters. He won the title in 2019 beating David Goffin in the final.
