Reddit co-founder and husband of the 23-time Grand Slam winner, Serena Williams, Alexis Ohanian, took to his account on X to share a recent picture with his daughter Olympia as the father-daughter duo attended their first ballet rehearsal together.

A few months back, Ohanian had revealed that his elder daughter, Olympia, developed an interest and took up ballet earlier this year. The 50-year-old who frequently accompanies his daughter and takes an active interest in her hobbies, had volunteered to participate in Olympia’s next ballet recital. He visited his daughter for the duo’s first rehearsal together. However, the six-year-old was not pleased with her father’s choice of clothing.

“They asked for moms & dads to volunteer to be in Jr’s ballet recital and she got mad at me for showing up to the first rehearsal dressed like this because ‘papa that’s not serious,”‘ Ohanian shared on his handle on X with a picture of the two. In the mirror selfie, Ohanian can be seen smiling in a black sleeveless graphic t-shirt, a pair of green shorts, and black Crocs.

Olympia, at the same time, can be seen suitably dressed up in a black dress, white tights, and white ballet shoes. She, however, appears displeased with her dad as she looks away from the mirror with her arms crossed. Ohanian further told his followers not to worry as he took off his Crocs and participated in the rehearsal with his socks on. “Y’all mad — it’s the first rehearsal we had dads rolling up in jeans,” the 50-year-old added.

Alexis Ohanian credits daughter Olympia for encouraging him to follow Golf

At the ongoing golf face-off at the Ryder Cup, the United States is trailing far behind Europe as they lost all games on Day 1. Serena Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian recently posted a picture of his television screen on X, as he rooted for USA, hoping for them to make a comeback. The Ryder Cup is a golf tournament that takes place between the USA and Europe once every 2 years. It is hosted in either one of the participating teams’ countries.

“So this is my personality now. C’mon USA!,” Ohanian posted a picture of the national flag of the United States.“Turn this around,” the 51-year-old wrote further. On being asked by a user if he had always been an avid follower of Golf, Ohanian replied in the negative. Ohanian revealed his daughter, Olympia was responsible for him to start watching golf. She was the one who pushed him to start following the sport after she began taking an interest in the game herself.
