With qualifying for the ATP final, he reveals his profound happiness about the qualification. “It’s just incredible. It’s tough to think about when you are young, It’s obviously a dream come true,” said the Italian who cannot hide his smile at being qualified for the first time in his career. He also recalls the times, when he used to watch the Big 4, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and Andy Murray play in the finals.
“I started to watch when they played in London. I guess it was the famous 4, Rafa, Roger, Novak, and Andy,” said Sinner. He was lucky to witness the Big 4 at their prime with Federer’s elegance against Rafa’s fire and the rise of a young Serb who went on to become the best in tennis. Fresh off his win in the China Open, he looks to run deep and make it 2/2 in Shanghai.

This is a very exciting tournament, it’s at the end of the year, so everything can happen there. But still, it’s an awesome event,” recalls the excited Sinner on Tennis TV.
