Cops barge in during Dominic Thiem’s practice when neighbors complained of someone shooting p**n
Dominic Thiem
2020 US Open champion Dominic Thiem hasn’t had any luck since the last few months. He hasn’t won any title after winning his first major and has had to deal with a lot of injuries. He played decent tennis to start the 2021 season but then revealed that he didn’t feel motivated enough after winning the US Open.
He even took a little break to get his mental peace back in place but things started to go downhill after he lost in the first round of the 2021 French Open. He suffered a wrist injury at the Mallorca Championships which ruled him out of Wimbledon. He didn’t recover in time and eventually was ruled out of the remainder of the season.
He missed the start of the 2022 season too and then came back on the tour at the Marbella Challenger and then played a couple of ATP 250 tournaments before eventually playing the Madrid Masters and Rome Masters before the French Open. In the six tournaments he played, he didn’t manage to win a single match but stayed positive.
He didn’t play any tournament on grass but has been practicing back home in Austria. During one of Thiem’s practice sessions at his home, a very weird incident happened. Thiem was practicing with a lot of intensity and hence was grunting a lot. The neighbours were disturbed by the noises and thought that someone was shooting illegal p**n in the neighborhood. Hence they called the police to check out things.
Speaking on the radio, Thiem jokingly revealed that this wasn’t the first thike such an incident had happened with him. He joked that he trained without a shirt and everyone thought his body was so good that they thought he was filming p**n.
“This isn’t the first time people have complained. I’ve known it for a long time. It’s always very funny, it’s not entirely incomprehensible. The sounds can get loud and weird. I trained without a shirt, everyone thought my body was so good they thought we were filming p**n,” he said.

Will Dominic Thiem play at Wimbledon?
The former World No.3 won’t be playing Wimbledon as he’s not at his 100% and isn’t in form too. He has pulled out of the tournament and as a result, won’t play any grass court tournaments this year. He is on the entry list of the clay-court tournaments that will follow Wimbledon ahead of the North American swing. Thiem’s main target will be to get back into the Top 100 as he’s currently ranked outside the 350.
