For the past five years, Andreea Prisacariu, a Romanian tennis player, has been competing on the ITF circuit despite facing financial difficulties. She acknowledges that Novak Djokovic has played a vital role in “saving” her career.
Andreea Prisacariu expressed her admiration for Novak Djokovic during the Match Point Canada podcast, where she lauded him as an “inspiration” for his support of tennis players from Serbia and other parts of the world. In a recent interview with Novosti, Prisacariu referred to Djokovic as a “living legend“.
“When I was a junior, I used to search his videos on YouTube and I was just watching and watching and I was falling asleep with his voice in the room and I was waking up to that and I was watching the shots and then again and again and again. So, he’s definitely amazing,” she said.
“He inspires me every day. He is my champion, my number one. I grew up watching him. He is a living legend,” Prisacariu said. With 22 Grand Slam titles to his name, Djokovic’s impact on the sport is undeniable, and his support for fellow players is an example of his leadership both on and off the court.

O’Sullivan stated in a recent interview with Marca that while he admires other tennis legends such as Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, Djokovic is the “king” of them all.
