The former World No. 1 took to her social media account to post her picture with her daughter Adira talking about her changing body.

Former World No. 1 Serena Williams continues to enjoy her time away from the tennis courts. She is currently busy with mother duties having welcomed her second daughter a few months ago.

Williams and her husband Alexis Ohanian announced the birth of their second daughter Adira River Ohanian on 22nd August 2023. Since then, the two have been busy juggling their parenting duties and their other commitments and by the looks of their social media, the two seem to be acing it.

The 23-time Grand Slam singles title winner has been quite vocal about her body changes since Adira’s birth. She has taken digs at herself to entertain her fans and at the same time promote body positivity as well along with it.

She recently took to her Instagram account to post a picture of her with Adira. Williams was seen posing wearing her shades in a white-colored two-piece. Adira donned a combo of a blue-colored top with light-colored shorts.

She put a heartfelt caption as well along with the photo to normalize the changes mothers undergo after pregnancy. Williams talked about her fears of not giving enough self-love to herself due to her changing body size. She however was proud of what she was doing as she called the change ‘worth it’. 

Loving yourself is essential. I find that I have to remind myself of that self-love through all different stages in my life. Right now I love that my body is not picture perfect. I love that I smell like milk - that milk sustains @adiraohanian I love getting to know a new version of my body.

Williams has been one of the biggest names in sporting history. Her trophy cabinet justifies this statement and leaves no doubts about her contention in the GOAT debate. Her popularity however not only remains in tennis but goes into other sports as well.

The Olympian has been featured in multiple advertisements for the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl LVIII concluded on Sunday where the Kansas City Chiefs made a successful title defense beating the San Francisco 49ers.

Williams caught the action from her home however as she did not visit the Allegiant Stadium in Nevada. She took to her X (formerly Twitter) handle to post a special shoutout for Usher, who performed at the half-time show.

She took to her Instagram stories while enjoying the performances of Usher and Alicia Keys. The former World No. 1 posted stories of the two performing while also tagging them.
