John McEnroe-led Team World clinched their first Laver Cup trophy after a wait of five years and beat Team Europe 13-8 in the 3-day event of the Laver Cup at the O2 Arena in London. McEnroe has been leading the side since the start and had always fallen short of the win but this time, they crossed the line and he danced on the court with the boys and applauded the efforts of the team in the post-match interview.
Team World celebration started off with party scenes starting from the locker room with the boys of the team to everyone dancing their hearts out with their families and friends at a hotel in London. The inside party scenes of the wild celebration were also joined by some members of Team Europe such as Roger Federer, Cameron Norrie, captain Bjorn Borg, and vice-captain Thomas Enqvist.
In one of the videos that have surfaced online and grabbed everyone’s attention, John McEnroe puts his drinks down and gets on the top of the table dancing to the tunes of the song ‘I Gotta Feeling ‘ by Black Eyed Peas. In the video, Borg, Enqvist, and Norrie can be seen enjoying themselves dancing like never before, and having a great time along with the others before they move on to their next assignments.

Team World entered the final day trailing 4-8 to Team Europe but managed to win the first three matches and finally won the tournament. Frances Tiafoe defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas to lead Team World to the ultimate win and create history by defeating the star-studded Team Europe and denying their consecutive fifth title. This Laver Cup also witnessed the farewell of one of the greatest tennis players of all time, Roger Federer.
John McEnroe‘s dancing on the top of the table left everyone on social media shocked and was hilariously trolled for such antics during the celebration where some even mocked him saying that this is the happiest they have seen the former American legend in a long time or even the fact smile. Some even took a dig at Team Europe players for forgetting their loss and celebrating the win together with Team World.
