21-time grand slam winner Rafael Nadal had his record-breaking win on January 30 against the Russian player Daniil Medvedev. The Spanish player has become an inspiration to many all over the world.

Coming from an injury at the age of 35 is not an easy feat. Last year Nadal got injured because of which he could participate in only one tournament in six months. But this didn’t stop him from winning match after match and then grabbing the history-altering win. This win, though, surprisingly was also not how Nadal thought things would turn out. “A few months ago we were both joking about being on crutches,” said Federer.

A day ago, a video of Nadal was posted in which he can be seen playing in the Rafa Nadal Academy. In the video, we can see Nadal exchanging some long rallies on the hardcourt.

This became a rage among tennis fans around the world. As soon as Nadal won in Melbourne, he returned to Mallorca, Spain, and immediately got back to playing despite all his fans asking him to take a rest. Some also lauded him for not ‘skipping’ training days.

But the most anticipated tournament that every single tennis fan wants to watch is The French Open 2022, starting on June 5.

Having 10 back-to-back victories over the past three years and with Nadal being the favorite to win the 2022 Roland Garros, evident of his previous 13 French Open titles, the Spaniard has begun practicing and is serious about going ahead with his grand slam wins.
