Swiss star Stan Wawrinka married a Swiss TV presenter and former model, Ilham Vuilloud in December 2009 and had a daughter, Alexia, three months later. 

Wawrinka’s relationship with his wife was not smooth, and after several ups and downs, it ended in 2015 in quite an ugly manner. Later, Warinka started dating Croatian tennis player Donna Vekic.

The couple started dating soon after Wawrinka split with his wife. Although there were rumors, it has been unconfirmed that the couple was in a relationship since 2014. Their relationship was a subject of much fanfare in the tennis world, but it too did not last long, and they parted ways in May 2019.

About their split, neither Wawrinka nor Vekic made any official statements. In 2019, soon after the split with Vekic, Wawrinka was asked about the same, but he did not provide any specific answer.
