Third Quarter
The 3rd quarter has 3rd seeded Bianca Andreescu who gets a bye in the first round and also has 6th seeded Garbine Muguruza. It is one of the most competitive quarter having the likes of Sorana Cirstea, Elena Rybakina and American teen sensation Amanda Anisimova in the race for the title.

Fourth Quarter
The 4th quarter has 2nd seeded Elina Svitolina and 5th seeded Belinda Bencic with Svitolina already in the 2nd round by the virtue of a first round bye. The quarter also contains players like Petra Martic, Ekaterina Alexandrova and surprise element in the form of American player Asia Muhammad who can cause an upset.

Semi-Finals:
The first semi-final can see local-girl Angelique Kerber take on the top-seed Aryna Sabalenka who’s been in good form throughout the season. Kerber certainly knows her way on Grass having been the champion at the 2018 Wimbledon and will be the favourite in her match against Aryna as she has defeated the Belarusian in their only previous meeting as well.
In the second semi-final, one can expect the meeting between Bianca Andreescu and Swiss national Belinda Bencic who has the better record as compared to her potential match-ups in her quarter.
Finals:
Given the grass records, Kerber looks certain to make it to the finals in her homeland, unless her fitness becomes and issue for her, and looks most likely be up against Bencic who will be a tough match for Andreescu who is making her comeback after an injury lay-off.
Winner: Angelique Kerber to win the WTA Berlin Open 2021.
