French Open 2021: Alexander Zverev vs Alejandro Davidovich Fokina LIVE stream: When, Where, and How to Watch
Alexander Zverev and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina
Sixth seed Alexander Zverev will be up against Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the quarter-finals of the French Open 2021 on Tuesday. Zverev did not enjoy his time on the clay court in the recent past. After an early exit from Monte-Carlo Masters and BMW Open, he has finally found his rhythm in the French Open.
However, the young gun from Germany was almost knocked out in the very round of the tournament. His fellow countryman Oscar Otte stretched him to the fifth and final round. Zverev managed to keep his cool under pressure and despite losing the first two sets, he ended up winning the contest by winning three sets back to back. Post that, Zverev hasn’t lost a single set in the tournament and has dominated the proceedings.
Whereas Alejandro Davidovich Fokina has progressed to the quarter-final stage of a Grand Slam for the first time in his career. He hasn’t thrashed his opponents in one-sided contests but has fought hard to make his way into the final 8. He has been stretched to the fifth set twice in last three games.

Alexander Zverev vs Alejandro Davidovich Fokina: Live Stream details
Alexander Zverev has surely lived up to the expectations of his fans till now. He defeated Japanese tennis star Kei Nishikori in the fourth-round clash with relative ease. Nishikori was completely cornered by the strength of Zverev who won the game by 6-4, 6-1, 6-1, and progressed into the quarter-finals.
On the other hand, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina has moved around really well on the clay court. After defeating the 15th seed Casper Ruud in the third-round clash, Fokina went past Argentinian tennis star Federico Delbonis in four sets to make his way into the final 8.
Davidovich Fokina has expressed incredible grit and determination on the court thus far. However, it won’t be wrong to say he would be immensely fatigued from his campaign as he has already spent more than 10 hours on the court in French Open 2021 till now. This might reduce his chances of going any further in the tournament.
