The new leader of The Bloodline, Solo Sikoa, will challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Title at SummerSlam. Many fans have predicted that Roman Reigns will return and confront the former enforcer of The Bloodline. However, the major update concerning The Rock has left the WWE Universe with many questions.
According to Hollywood North Buzz, The Rock has finished shooting for his film “The Smashing Machine.” It’s a biographical sports drama based on Mark Kerr, a former wrestler and mixed martial artist. The Brahma Bull even suffered an injury while shooting the film. With the filming of the movie wrapped up, it could mean that The Final Boss might return to WWE sooner than expected.
Rocky shocked the world when he became the villain in Cody Rhodes‘ story by slapping him at the WrestleMania kickoff. He adopted the persona of The Final Boss and joined forces with Roman Reigns and The Bloodline. The Great One even wrestled for the first time in eight years on Night 1 of WrestleMania XL.
However, in the end, his help wasn’t enough for Reigns to remain the champion, as Rhodes finished his story. If The Rock does return to the Stamford-based company, it looks like he will continue his rivalry with The American Nightmare. Many fans would also like to see a battle of supremacy between the cousins.

After reports of The Rock wrapping up his shooting for the biography emerged online, the WWE Universe began speculating about his return. Some fans were confident he would come back at SummerSlam, while others hoped Roman Reigns would make his comeback and confront Solo.
One fan felt that Rocky, along with Roman Reigns, would return and interrupt the match between Rhodes and Solo. Another fan expressed their desire to see him on SmackDown, just before the big event at SummerSlam. Some fans got excited just by the thought of him being in Cleveland, Ohio.
