ROC is the Russian Olympics Committee. Athletes from Russia represent ROC instead of Russia in the Olympics. In Tokyo, Taekwondo was dominated by the ROC as they took home a total of four medals this year. They won two gold medals, one silver medal, and one bronze medal. While the men won three out of the four, they managed to secure only one medal out of possible four in the women’s events.
