Tom Aspinall is the current UFC interim heavyweight champion, with only single loss in the UFC. The Brit is eagerly waiting for his opportunity to potentially fight Jon Jones to unify the titles. During the time waiting for his shot, the KO artist is pretty active with his YouTube channel.
Aspinall recently collaborated with the World’s Strongest Man, Tom Stoltman, for a video. During the conversation, the heavyweight champion was baffled by the size. He asked Stoltman about his diet and couldn’t fathom the amount of calories that go behind building a physique like that.
I’m obviously a relatively a big guy but not as big as you….you must have spend the whole day in the kitchen?

Stoltman mentioned that he normally eats more than 8000 calories a day, but it rises to 10000 when away from competition. According to the strongman, he eats around five meals and two shakes to maintain the calorie count. Stoltman also shared that he doesn’t necessarily feel any complications in digestion.
In comparison, Tom Aspinall, who trains every day and is the heavyweight champion eats around 4000 calories a day. The difference in those numbers is massive and gives a perspective of the nature of the two sports. Both Aspinall and Stoltman also trained with each other and the fighter plans to remain in top shape for the title fight.
UFC veteran predicts Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall
Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall’s rivalry centers on heavyweight supremacy, with the British star eager to dethrone the experienced champion. Jones, known for his strategic brilliance, sees Aspinall as a rising threat who could disrupt his unbeaten run. The UFC GOAT, however, doesn’t want to give the young blood that opportunity.

Aspinall’s speed and power contrast with Jones’s technical mastery makes a potential showdown highly anticipated by MMA fans worldwide. Both fighters traded verbal jabs, building tension as fans speculated on who would dominate inside the octagon. In a recent podcast, UFC commentator Joe Rogan shared his views on the rivalry.
Who knows? Jon beats him. Jon might beat him up. He could take him down and f*cking ragdoll him on the ground. We also don’t know what happens to Tom Aspinall in the third, fourth, and fifth rounds.
