“The Korean Zombie” decided to be a part of the main event in Busan, South Korea. Instead of facing Ortega, he faced former Lightweight Champion and future Hall Of Famer Frankie Edgar in the featherweight division. Jung demolished Edgar with a series of powerful punches to take his win streak to three.
Now 3-1 with a trio of first-round finishes since returning from his mandatory military service obligations, the 33-year-old veteran will be looking forward to settle the score against Ortega finally after the cancellation of their fight last year in December.
