“Conor McGregor, now his stock is going down,” Georges St Pierre advises McGregor to bring some changes in his lifestyle
Georges St Pierre and Conor McGregor
The former two-division UFC champion, Conor McGregor has won only one out of his last four fights inside the Octagon. McGregor’s only win came against Donald Cerrone on UFC 246, that too in the Welterweight division. While it is talked about the Welterweight division, Georges St Pierre name is always taken first.
The Welterweight G.O.A.T is enjoying his retirement but he still keeps an eye on every major fight of the promotion. Georges St Pierre recently appeared in a new video with SPORF doing a new episode of “Hot Takes” where he shared some spicy opinions about the fellow UFC fighters.
‘Rush’ shared almost good opinions about all the fighters but like everyone else, he was concerned about McGregor. Talking about Conor McGregor in the same video, Georges St Pierre advised him to change his lifestyle to make a comeback in the sport.
St Pierre says, “Yeah, Conor McGregor, now his stock is going down, he was very high in the beginning and I’m talking about in terms of, not in terms of money of promotion, in terms of status and in the rankings. Now he’s going down, his stock is going down.”
“There’s been a few fights that it’s going down a little bit. There is a possibility that he might come back up but I think now things do not go well for him. You need to change some of his lifestyles.” {H/T MMA Mania}
Georges St Pierre also shared his take on Kamaru Usman and Jake Paul
The UFC Welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman is currently holding the number one spot in the pound for pound rankings and this is what Georges St Pierre has to say about the fighter who is almost ready to replace him as the Welterweight G.O.A.T.
GSP says, “Rome was not built in a week, it takes years. The same thing with Kamaru Usman, he’s on his way. He’s doing fantastic. I’m a big fan of him. I do believe right now he’s probably the best fighter right now and the best active fighter in UFC. He’s doing very well so only the future will tell.”
Talking about the Youtuber turned professional boxer, Jake Paul, ‘Rush’ added, “A lot of people hate Jake Paul, I don’t hate Jake Paul. I think he’s doing a great job. It’s about, “Hate me, love me, but don’t ignore me.” People tune in and he makes a lot of money. He’s a very smart businessman and I think so far he’s done great. So I’m not a Jake Paul hater, guys.” {H/T MMA Mania}
