Tom Aspinall reveals that Tyson Fury is fun to train with. Aspinall is currently on a four-win undefeated streak in UFC and is looking strong. The fighter has finished every opponent he has faced and is on his way to fight the top five fighters soon. 

The Brit has successfully gathered impressive attention from fans and supporters with his fighting style and approach. MMA fans are excited to see more of this new heavyweight star in the UFC roster. He is scheduled to take on Alexander Volkov at UFC Fight Night 204 on his home turf, London this Saturday.

Tom Aspinall recently did an interview with the UFC where he talked about his training with Tyson Fury and his team. The fighter discussed in detail how spending time with Fury improved his mindset.

Aspinall revealed that when he went to train with Fury and his team, the whole experience was great. The Brit explained that Fury doesn’t let the excessive pressure of training get to his head. He views the training as a sport and doesn’t get too serious with it.

According to Aspinall, Fury generally plays around a lot with his training partners and coaches in order to lighten the mood. Fury really enjoys the time he spends in the training and be is good to be around.  All these things helped, Aspinall, to put less pressure on him and freely prepare himself for his next fight. 

“When I went over to train with Fury and stuff. Especially around Tyson, he would take it just as a sport, he won’t take it too seriously. He would mess around a lot and would really enjoy his training and he is just nice to be around. Like I learned a lot obviously technically but really just seeing his approach…That kinda worked out for me a little bit,” said Aspinall. 

Fury is the current world WBC heavyweight champion and has been undefeated throughout his career. The Brit is a role model for many athletes in the world of combat sports. His larger-than-life persona mixed with relatable experiences makes him a great role model. In this case, for a young fighter like Aspinall, it must be a great learning period with Fury. It will be interesting to see what he will do in his upcoming heavyweight bout against Alexander Volkov.
