When they reached adulthood, Abdulmanap selected Patimat as the ideal partner to marry his son.

The couple has three kids: two sons and one daughter. Their eldest daughter Fatima was born in 2015, and then, after two years, their first son Mogomed was born. Husayn Nurmagomedov is the latest addition to the family and was born in 2019.
