There is no doubt that Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is one of the most successful businessmen in the world. Since the launch of Facebook in 2004, Zuckerberg has earned billions of dollars. However, he did not succeed overnight and endured much hard work to reach his billionaire status. He spoke about his everyday lifestyle with Joe Rogan on his podcast.

Rogan hosted Zuckerberg on his podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience, and spoke about Facebook and Jiu-Jitsu. He revealed that as the company scaled his life started getting stressful. He believed that he got the bad news by text, whereas people waited to tell him the good news in person. Zuckerberg said, “It’s just like every day you wake and you are like punched in the stomach. Now I need to reset myself and go be productive. So I go read and process all the information.”

Zuckerberg said that after waking up, he does physical fitness in order to clear up his mind. The Meta CEO stays in great shape and practices jiu-jitsu on a regular basis. Zuckerberg has also participated in many Jiu-Jitsu competitions and has a blue belt. Rogan has always been in awe of Zuck’s Jiu-Jitsu prowess and has also appreciated it online.

Undoubtedly, Zuckerberg will continue to follow his passion for the sport. However, his daily routine gives a peek into the life of a billionaire. It shows that even the richest people have to work hard.

Zuckerberg began training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu in early 2022. He has said that he took up the sport to improve his physical and mental fitness and to learn a new skill. Rogan, who is a martial artist himself, said that he was impressed by Zuckerberg’s performance in his first jiu-jitsu tournament

Rogan also talked about how Zuckerberg disguised himself with a “mask and hat” to compete in the tournament. He said that this showed that Zuckerberg was serious about winning and didn’t want to get any special treatment. However, Zuckerberg said that it took him only five minutes into training to fall in love with the sport.

There is mutual respect between Joe Rogan and Mark Zuckerberg. Rogan admired Zuckerberg’s dedication to jiu-jitsu. Whereas Zuckerberg enjoys Rogan’s podcast and its unique content. Fans will look forward to seeing the two collaborating again soon.
