“I get better with age,” Nate Diaz is locked and loaded to fight Leon Edwards at UFC 263
Nate Diaz
UFC’s fan-favorite Nate Diaz is set to return to the octagon on 13th June at UFC 263 to fight top-ranked welterweight Leon Edwards. The fighter from England is looking to cement his spot as the next title contender.
Meanwhile, Nate Diaz is making his return to the octagon after a two-year break. His last fight in the octagon was against Jorge Masvidal for the BMF belt where he lost due to technical stoppage. Nate has been fighting in the UFC for over a decade now. His experience adds a lot to the fight and he will be looking to put on a show for the fans that have his back for all these years. There is also no doubt that the Stockton Slugger will pull massive numbers on the PPV.
UFC recently released a preview for the Nate Diaz vs Leon Edwards fight. “I’ve been fighting for the last 10, 15 years,” Diaz said, speaking on a UFC preview. “I’ve done it all. I’ve fought all these guys. I’ve done more and done better than anybody. Keeping it real all the way through. I’m like a triathlete, get better with age. Nobody has stayed on top as long as me, and I’m still headlining shows.”
“I’m going to fight the best fighter,” says Nate Diaz
There is no doubt that the Stockton gangster has fought the best fighters he could get not looking to turn down any of his opportunities. Though Nate is the underdog going into this fight, his confidence is soaring high believing he can beat Leon Edwards who has an 8-fight winning streak. Nate promises that he would find the best fighter there is and fight them on the biggest stage.
“I’m out there to show people I’ll beat the best of the best. If I’m not going to fight the biggest fight I could possibly find, I’m gonna fight the best fighter that I could possibly find,” said Nate Diaz. Nate Diaz might just be able to pull off an incredible win against Edwards. Who do you think wins the fight between these two at UFC 263?
