The stardom of Ilia Topuria is unmatched in Georgia and Spain. The Georgian-Spanish mixed martial artist recently became the UFC featherweight champion at UFC 298. Since then, he has made rounds in his home country with masses cheering and welcoming him. Topuria presented his belt at the Dinamo Arena in Georgia, where more than 50k fans chanted his name.

Ilia Topuria visited the Dinamo Arena in Georgia and flaunted his belt in front of more than 50k fans. He entered the ground ahead of the UEFA Euro Qualifiers match between Georgia and Luxembourg. The Georgian team even gifted the featherweight champion with a signed jersey. As such, the arena was filled with loud chants.

Born to Georgian parents, Ilia Topuria represented the nation and his home country, Spain, in the UFC. As such, both countries took pride in his title win. Topuria soon presented his championship belt at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Spain last month. Now, reminiscent of it, he showed off his title belt at the Dinamo Arena.
