However, Mcgregor explained that no deal was promised and rejected to fulfill Artem’s terms. Following this Artem decided to take legal action against Mcgregor. Mcgregor also labeled Lobov as a ‘rat’ and leaked their private chats on Twitter. This led to another defamation lawsuit from his former sparring partner. Artem Lobov lost the case and was ordered to pay the legal fees for Conor Mcgregor. After Paradigm Sports won their legal battle against boxer Manny Pacquiao, Conor Mcgregor took to Twitter and issued a statement.

He blasted Manny Pacquiao for his loss and threatened Artem Lobov, saying, “Artem you already owe me two rounds of court fees, awarded by the judge. There will be a judgement put on your home as this progresses because I know you won’t have my legal fees. I will have no choice but to take your home.” According to the tweet, Conor Mcgregor will procure his legal fees from a former teammate even if it means stripping him of his house. The tweet has since been deleted and no word of his dispute with Artem has been voiced after the tweet.
