Arman Tsarukyan has challenged Michael Chandler to a fight and said that he wouldn’t fight the newer generation with better fight IQ. He even went on to mention that Michael Chandler has a low fight IQ.
Arman is a Georgia born Armenian and Russan Mixed Martial Artist currently competing in the UFC lightweight division. He has a record of 19-3 with 7 wins coming via Ko. For someone who is relatively new he is very confident in beating everyone so much so that he has called Chandler an idiot, more or less.
In a tweet, Arman tweeted that Michael Chandler wouldn’t dare fight someone from the new generation, owing to his low fight IQ. Arman Tsarukyan went a step further saying that if he were to fight him, Chandler would lose his top ranking status.
Hey @MikeChandlerMMA it’s time to defend your rankings! Lowest fight IQ in the division against new mma generation. I won’t see you at the top ?

For someone who is relatively new to UFC and to not have fought any top ranking fighters, Tsarukyan is very bold in his callout game. Obviously, Chandler wouldn’t entertain him until and unless he is ranked in the top 10 of the division.

Fans react to the Arman Tsarukyan callout to Michael Chandler
MMA community seems to enjoy when an underdog, in this case Arman Tsarukyan, call out the top fighters, like Michael Chandler. Tsarukyan has, in a very bizarre way, called out almost all the top ranked UFC lightweight fighters.
Arman has not just called out Chandler but practically called him an idiot by saying that he doesn’t have the fight IQ to survive against him in a fight. He even called him a coward by saying he wouldn’t dare fight someone from the new generation in the UFC roster. Fans have reacted to it by either being dismissive of the fighter or by just simply supporting him.
??? so scared he only fights within the top 5. Alright mane? That was a good giggle?? Have a good one kid.

Whatever the case, it’s good for these newer generation fighters to be ambitious and call out the top fighters to gain momentum for themselves amongst the fans. As for Chandler, he seems to be more concerned about getting a fight with Conor McGregor when he returns.
