Chael Sonnen- Daniel Cormier

MMA Legend Chael Sonnen might just give you the accurate prediction of what’s going on with UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier recently having an ill-will with various fighters, such as potential megastar Sean O’Malley and UFC middleweight Phil Hawes. Cormier, who’s a very lovable figure across the MMA community for his contributions to the field of combat sports, is criticized by various fighters one way or the other. The most popular criticism is of him having a biased style of commentating on UFC fights.

Cormier, the Olympic bronze medalist, is the former Strikeforce heavyweight champion and also the second person in the UFC history to hold two-division belts simultaneously. In Cormier’s case, it was the heavyweight and light-heavyweight division. Cormier is known for his wins over the likes of Frank Mir, Josh Barnett, Dan Henderson, Anthony Johnson, Alexander Gustafsson, Dan Henderson, Stipe Miocic, Volkan Oezdemir, Antonio Silva and many more.

On one of his videos of his Youtube channel, Chael Sonnen rises to the occasion to talk about the brief words of back and forth Cormier is sharing with these young and upcoming fighters as mentioned before.

Daniel is so loved and Daniel is so respected that Daniel has the ability to hurt somebody’s on accident,” says Sonnen. “And Daniel doesn’t know it about himself… the guys [fighters] look at Daniel differently than Daniel knows. So when Daniel goes out and gives a prediction, even if it’s his own guy, even if it’s his own protege, a guy will feel that that inside him a little bit different…” he continues.
