Former champion Charles Oliveira is all set to enter the UFC 289 cage on Saturday night. Oliveira will face one of the toughest challenges of his career in the name of Beneil Dariush. Dariush is coming off an 8-fight winning streak against the last fight, “Do Bronx’. Charles has something to offer his fans through an online paid website called OnlyFans.
For context, Charles Oliveira will be on Onlyfans to connect with his fans. Earlier, ‘Do Bronx’ announced on his Instagram that he would be part of Onlyfans. Charles also mentioned that the content will not be the kind for which the website is known. There will be a glimpse of his complete lifestyle, where training, travel, family, and other moments will feature. Now the website Onlyfans has made an announcement through their official Instagram handle.
The post, Onlyfans posted for ‘Do Bronx’ was captioned with “Get exclusive access to MMA’s @charlesdobronxs before he hits the octagon tomorrow, June 10. Subscribe today for training, travel, and much more on OnlyFans! (OF: CharlesDoBronxs)”
Oliveria is not the first athlete from the UFC to join OnlyFans. Earlier, well-known ex-UFC fighter Paige VanZant gained popularity for joining the Onlyfans. Fighters like Jessica Andrade, Felice Herrig, Jessica Eye, Miesha Tate, and many more female athletes from the UFC joined the fan-oriented website. But from the current roster of the UFC, Charles’s name is in the news right now.
Charles Oliveira gives an update on how Beneil Dariush can beat him
Known for missing weights in the lightweight division, this time Charles Oliveira didn’t mark. Instead, Oliveira chose to go 1 pound lower for the weigh-in for this MMA war at UFC 289. The fight against Beneil Dariush will decide if he will be on the list of title contenders or not. Earlier, Dariush claimed to defeat ‘Do Bronx’ in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu department.
To give support to the claim of Beneil Dariush. Oliveira gave him an ultimatum. Charles said during the media day “I’m an MMA fighter… I’m a complete fighter. I’m not a Jujitsu fighter well. If you feel so confident about his Jujitsu he has three rounds to try to bring it down to the ground. And see what’s going on and we’ll see what happens”
Both Dariush and Oliveira are getting prepared for the title shot fights against Islam Makhachev. Dana White also confirmed to both fighters what they had claimed earlier. But recently, the UFC president gave a dicey statement about whether they would get a title shot or not.
