In good form and in his southpaw stance, hardly anyone could beat Conor McGregor. Just like that, he is also undisputed in the trash-talking department. Almost all his altercations have included verbal humiliation of his opponents. McGregor tends to break the confidence of his opposition. Recently his jiu-jitsu trainer Dillon Danis is in a heated internet battle with Logan Paul. Paul and Danis will be fighting in a boxing bout in October.
Danis has decided to take things personal and target Paul’s fiancée, Nina Agdal. He has been exposing Agdal’s past relationships all over his social media handles. McGregor has confirmed his complete support to Danis. He will be training Danis for this bout and he was also seen commenting on Danis’ posts. Paul himself has not been able to reply to this humiliation. He had tried to retaliate by posting a badly edited image of Danis kissing McGregor, but it was brushed off quickly.
Danis is known for his grappling skills and he has also fought MMA in Bellator. Notorious for his altercation with Khabib Nurmagomedov, he has not fought professionally since 2019. During this gap, he has had feuds with several celebrities like Nate Diaz and Anthony Taylor.
As of now, Paul has resorted to legal action towards Danis if he continues this Twitter streak. The two will meet in the ring in October, at Manchester Arena, England. Along with them KSI and Tommy Fury will also be fighting in the same event.
Dillon Danis has Conor McGregor’s full support
The relationship that Conor McGregor and Dillon Danis share is known by all MMA fans. Danis has been McGregor’s jiu-jitsu trainer since he faced Nate Diaz for the second time in UFC 202. The pair have gotten involved in the infamous altercation with Khabib Nurmagomedov too. Danis and McGregor both keep each other in high regard during interviews too.
For the latest boxing match scheduled between Danis and Logan Paul, McGregor will be training Danis. The striking skills of The Notorious is known by all and will be helpful for Danis. McGregor is confident about Danis winning and will surely be by his side.
Paul will also have his brother Jake Paul in his support. The fight is set to take place this October. The venue is Manchester Arena, England.
