Irish star Conor McGregor has made a name for himself with his outlandish presence, his flamboyant personality alongside his fighting skills. He is also known for his controversies in and outside the fighting arena. McGregor has held titles in both the featherweight and lightweight divisions in the UFC. Amidst all of these, he is the major contributor to the most popular fights of the century, Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor.

It is no doubt that McGregor has a lot of enemies in the fighting space. One of them was Jose Aldo, who got beat by McGregor in UFC 194, 13 seconds into the first round. The retired MMA fighter just got in the boxing ring with former UFC fighter Jeremy Stephens. Years later, McGregor still feels the need to win against them and this time, it is in the boxing ring and not the octagon.

The Gamebred 4, owned by welterweight UFC fighter Jorge Masvidal is solely responsible for the boxing match between Aldo and Stephens. After a brutal 6 rounds of war, the fight ended up in a draw. Upon watching the impressive performance by Aldo and Stephens, Conor McGregor felt like he wanted a piece of the action. ‘The Notorious’ took to Twitter to tweet the fighter challenging him to a boxing fight.

Me and who the f*** is that guy should box,” tweeted McGregor referencing Jeremy Stephens. The ‘Lil’ Heathen’ is yet to comment on the callout issued by Conor. The Irishman also called out his opponent Jose Aldo.

During the UFC 205 press conference, Conor was asked to name a fighter who would give him the hardest challenge. As Conor was about to speak, Jeremy cuts him off “Right here, the real hardest hitting 145-pound fighter right here,” “This guy[Conor McGregor] TKOs people. When I knock people out, they don’t f move,” says Jeremy Stephens as he slams the microphone.

In the twinkling of an eye, Conor McGregor yells the infamous quote “who the f*** is that guy.” The cheers by fans to this line were the loudest of the event echoing through the hall. The fans boo-ed Jeremy and cheered McGregor for the phrase. This famous quote is used by fans to this day and is one of the most memorable UFC phrases.
