Fans have no problems with UFC superstar Conor McGregor bringing his Dublin Pub to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. However, the former champion parading his UFC belt at the opening of his pub has caused fans to show hate towards the fighter.

The Black Forge Inn is coming to Abu Dhabi as Formula One racing event takes place from 17th November to 20th November. Conor McGregor is thrilled to bring his pub from Crumlin to the middle east as he shows up in the most Notorious One fashion. The fighter is seen showing off his UFC championship belt from the past and chugging drinks from his own restaurant.

At the grand opening, is seen his new clean-shaven look. The fighter has his belt from 2016 wrapped around his shoulder as he poses for the fans in the audience. Fans on the internet are ruthless with their comments as they troll the Notorious One for still living in the past.

Conor McGregor has been very inactive since 2016 and last fought in the octagon a year ago. The fighter is now out of the USADA testing pool and is yet to show signs of making a return. McGregor was the first-ever two-division champion in UFC history and still brags about his achievement to date and rightfully so. However, his latest gimmick at Abu Dhabi doesn’t sit well with the fans.

McGregor has not had the best of runs in the UFC since his boxing match against Floyd Mayweather. The fighter is now ranked at the bottom of the lightweight division and is on a two-fight losing streak falling short against Dustin Porier both times. The fans ridicule McGregor for wearing a UFC belt at his party on Twitter.
