Conor McGregor and Henry Cejudo‘s intense Twitter feud may have ended. The two have gone back and forth with each other for the last couple of years. It came to a new height during Cejudo’s recent comeback at UFC 288. Cejudo and McGregor dissed each other back and forth before and after UFC 288.

Henry Cejudo returned to the UFC octagon after nearly three years away from MMA. The former Olympic gold medalist fought intensely against Aljamain Sterling at UFC 288. Cejudo hoped to regain the title he never lost, but Sterling did enough to spoil Henry’s party with a split-decision victory.

UFC superstar Conor Mcgregor stepped away from the octagon after his infamous leg injury during Dustin Poirier’s fight in 2021. Even before stepping away, Cejudo and McGregor used to go back and forth on Twitter. Cejudo critiqued McGregor for abandoning his karate footwork in the second fight with Poirier.

Cejudo continued posting videos on social media where he analyzed Conor’s previous fights and pointed out his shortcomings, common mistakes, and weaknesses. It is to be noted that Ali Abdelaziz manages Cejudo. Ali and McGregor do not get along, and their hatred goes back to 2018. McGregor always pointed out the sketchy past of Abdelaziz. Multiple reasons, past and present, blended for the creation of McGregor-Cejudo beef.

However, their beef may not be as intense as the Khabib-McGregor rivalry. It is just mocking each other on Twitter in a friendly and comic manner. Cejudo once again took to Twitter to poke fun at McGregor’s cardio. He wrote, “The only cardio @TheNotoriousMMA is doing these days is running from USADA.” The beef may or may not be over, but a little friendly banter never hurt anyone.
