Dana White snaps back at an Instagram user who made a negative comment under his post. White is currently in Vancouver, Canada, to host UFC 289. It’s the first time in years that the UFC is coming back to Canada, and the fans are going crazy about it.
Ahead of the event, White visited a wellness center in Vancouver named Float House. It might have been a promotional visit, as the president of the UFC gave a shout-out to the center through an Instagram post. In the post, White explained all the features and services, such as the cold plunge, available at Float House and encouraged others to visit too. Under the post, there was a user who commented, “No one cares.”
Unlike other celebrities, White is well known for replying to hate comments and arguing with users online. White made fun of the appearance of the user, who posted various skinny pictures of him on his account.
“Holy shit I just found the 7 foot alien people have been seeing walking around Las Vegas!!! This is him,” replied White. It seems like White doesn’t care about anybody and likes to go all out while addressing his trolls online.
Dana White following Joe Rogan’s footsteps and getting addicted to cold plunges

At the age of 53, Dana White is jacked and looks way better than most people his own age. However, he wasn’t always that fit, and he put a lot of effort into making changes that led to him being fit.
During an interview, White mentioned his daily morning routine, consisting of taking a cold plunge right after waking up and then some other practices before hitting the gym. He said: “I wake up in the morning, I do the cold plunge, I do the alkaline pad, I do the oxygen, and then I do the red light, and then I do my workout. I do it every day. I’m addicted to it.”
Dana White has been a part of UFC for years now and his retirement will be a huge deal for the promotion. However, looking at his fitness level and passion for the sport, White isn’t leaving the UFC anytime soon.
