UFC CEO Dana White announced back-to-back fights on Thanksgiving day. Recently, White took to X to announce exciting matchups for the upcoming weeks and next year. First, he addressed the injury of Dan Hooker and mentioned his replacement for the fight with Bobby Green. Later, he gave updates about Alexander Volkanovski vs. Ilia Topuria.

Firstly, Dana White mentioned that Dan Hooker broke the same arm that he injured during his fight with Jailin Turner. Here is what he said about Dan Hooker and Volkanovski vs. Topuria:

Dan Hooker broke the same arm that he broke in his last fight. So, he's out! So, number 13-ranked Bobby Green will now face number 12-ranked Jailin Turner in the co-main event. And, it's going to be be 3 rounds instead of 5. And the February 17th, Volkanovski vs. Topuria will happen at UFC 298 at the Honda Center in Anaheim.

Dana White gave a few more updates on Song Yadong and Joe Pyfer. He mentioned that Yadong would face Cris Gutierrez on December 9 in the UFC Apex, Las Vegas. Earlier, Yadong was to face Petr Yan in UFC’s return to China. However, an injury to Yan made the UFC shift the event to UFC Apex. Lastly, he announced Joe Pyfer facing Jack Hermansson on February 10.
